Clean Sheet Holdings was formed in August 2026 to give a set of related side businesses one clean structure: shared ownership and branding at the top, separate liability and accounting for each line underneath.
It's owned and operated by Nicholas Moss, who spends his nights leading an industrial maintenance team at a major auto plant and his weekends coaching youth soccer. The businesses grew out of both.
